After $35 application fee is paid you will recieve an email and a text within ten minutes. The email will have instructions and login information. These emails can go into spam or promotions so please check those.

Failure to complete all of the steps above will cause your enrollment to be incomplete and can possibly cause you to forfeit your desired class start date. Please check your email spam folder, specifically "Promotions" if using Gmail, as occasionally correspondence from the school is automatically sent there. ENROLLMENT FEE

ENROLLMENT FEE The $250 enrollment fee is to be paid when an applicant signs their enrollment contract agreement for attending the Institute. The Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. Enrollment agreements are valid for up to sixty (60) days from when they were issued. The purpose of the enrollment fee is to secure the student’s enrollment and covers the associated cost of processing and verifying all of the student’s enrollment documentation. ENROLLMENT FEE (LATE) A late enrollment fee of up to $100 may be charged for any enrollment agreement submitted less than three weeks (21 calendar days) prior to the class start date.

I expect to enter the college as indicated in the application above, subject to my acceptance by the Aesthetics Institute. If accepted, I intend to put forth my best efforts to successfully complete my training. I do allow the school to use my name and/or photograph for its publicity.

APPLICATION FEE
